Dock Holiday is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom canal front home that offers 2 levels of living areas, lots of balconies and dockage for your boat! Ground level of the home you will find a screened patio with BBQ grill and picnic tables. The main entrance to the home is on the second level which has a wrap-around balcony. The main living area and dining room are bright and open with a sliding door that opens to the canal side of the home. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers bar seating and there is a guest half bath on the main level as well as a dedicated laundry room with sink.
The second floor of the home has a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and walk in closet. One guest room offers bunk beds (double on bottom, twin on top) and sliding door to the top floor balcony.
Dockage is included for up to a 24′ boat or less at no additional charge.
