Silver Shores is a 55 and up community, with a 90 night minimum stay, please inquire before booking. There is a $300 non-refundable application fee to stay in Silver Shores. This must be submitted and approved for your stay to be finalized and can take up to 3 weeks to be approved. This process can be expedited for an extra $100.
This home has a 90 night minimum stay requirement. Your booking will be denied and/or canceled if you book for less than 90 nights.
