You enter through your own private gate and drive through the garden to the front of the home. In the foyer there is a pool table, pinball machine as well as a full bathroom. Directly out the back is your large swimming pool/jacuzzi with beautiful sculptures and a waterfall. Enjoy the sunny days on your own private beach and catch the beautiful sunsets from the dock. Speaking of the dock, there is room for up to 3 boats depending on the size and there is 1 lift available that can handle up to 15k. There are also a few kayaks available for your use, just put in right at the beach and paddle off into the bay for a fun filled adventure!
Upstairs on the main living level is a large living room, two guest bedrooms and wall to wall glass doors leading to the patio and looking out to the water. The kitchen is open and very spacious to allow for large dinners to be made for holidays or special occasions. There is a countertop as well as a dining table for seating. A wet bar is located right by the dining table with a wine cooler, sink and fully stock with cocktail glasses just waiting to be used. Enjoy some drinks on your screened in patio that stretches the length of the home while watching the water lap across the sandy beach. On the top floor is the master suite with your own private balcony, en suite bathroom and large walk in closet area.
